USDA – The U.S. Department of Agriculture reminds rural communities, farmers and ranchers, families and small businesses in the path of hurricanes Harvey and Irma that USDA has programs that provide assistance before, during and after disasters. The Tree Assistance Program (TAP) provides financial assistance to qualifying orchardists and nursery tree growers to replant or rehabilitate eligible trees, bushes, and vines damaged by natural disasters. Click here for more information.
