Pecan Vodka Mississippi Mule
Ingredients
  • 1 Oz Cathead Distillery Pecan Vodka
  • 1 Cup Ginger infused simple syrup (recipe below)*
  • 1 Cup Club Soda (substitute: unsweetened lime flavored sparkling water)
  • 1 Fresh Lime (juiced)
  • 2 Lime Wedge for garnish
  • ½ Cup Fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
Instructions
  1. Fill 2 copper mugs with ice.
  2. Pour ½ ounce Pecan vodka over ice in each cup
  3. Add ¼ Cup ginger infused simple syrup
  4. Add ½ cup of club soda or sparkling water
  5. Juice half a lime in each mug
  6. Garnish with fresh lime wedge.
  7. Stir and enjoy.
*Ginger Infused Simple Syrup
  1. Fill 2 copper mugs with ice.
