This pecan crusted dinner favorite is a deliciously crispy combination of bacon and pork tenderloin.

Pecan Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
  • 2 Pork Tenderloins
  • Salt and Pepper for taste
  • ½ Cup Pecan Meal
  • 4 Strips Bacon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season both sides of pork with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat both sides well with pecan meal.
  4. Dust bacon with pecan meal and pepper.
  5. Wrap pork in the dusted bacon.
  6. Roast pork in oven on a foil covered sheet pan, until bacon is fully cooked and pork reaches an internal temperature of 135°F.
